I am actually the parent of a tenant and was acting as a guarantor. From start to finish this company was very unhelpful, when first renting the property they were rude and gave the impression that they were doing you a huge favour by allowing you to rent the property. From the outset they were slow to respond to any communication. For 7 months of the 10 month tenancy my son tried on many occasions,filling in mainteance forms and phoning the office to get the extractor fan in the windowless bathroom fixed, which was becoming increasingly damp. He actually left the property and it was still not fixed. After vacating the property and asking twice for the deposit to be returned, 31 days later the deposit had still not been returned several attempts at phoning them as they frequently dont answer the phone they simply said they didnt have his bank details.....no one of course had asked for them, there was no apology just the familiar curt/rude response that they would pay it now....
