I had four different estate agents round to value my flat. Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible. I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening! I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away.
