Viewed 2 properties on Saturday and, 15 minutes after viewing them both, called to pay a holding deposit. No answer so left a message and emailed too. We heard nothing back so attempted to call and sent more emails only to receive an email back maybe 30 minutes later saying it has already had the holding deposit taken by the viewing after us but they didn't think to inform us? Great. We then responded requesting to okay holding deposit for the other house which has subsequently been ignored. ** Edited to add - this property has also had the holding deposit paid, again without informing us. Arranged a viewing on a one bedroom studio in Sudbury Town centre, went to the viewing and didn't even get a phone call to ask me my thoughts on the property and if I wished to progress my application for the property.
