Cara Childerhouse from Howards was recommended to me personally by a friend (who has recently been bereaved as well) She found Cara warm, sympathetic to her circumstances and very helpful with the marketing of her mother’s house. When Cara came to value my property I also found her warm, enthusiastic, sympathetic, helpful, quick and efficient to turn round providing a valuation within 24 hours as she said she would. At this delicate time both my friend and I have been grateful for the humane side of Cara which has helped us feel less bewildered by difficult decision making, as well as coping with our bereavement.

Just found a property in Beccles with Cara's help, and what a great help she's been. Professional, engaging, knowledgeable and a lovely person as well.
