This property is really disgusting I live here with my partner and 2 kids under 5 I had a leak in the kitchen and I reported it and it's not been sorted and there is also high damp in the living room. And in the kitchen someone came out and just painted over it... Read more

Breaching social distancing rules desks so close together big breach of data protection all computer screens visible to everyone in the office including non relevant staff and clients and anyone stood outside the office can also see whats on the screens. I am currently living in a property owned by accommodation links with my 2 year old daughter, I have had no access in or out of my back door for over a year and it has still not been repaired after numorous times reporting it (Fire hazard). I also reported a leak nearly a year ago which someone came out to look at, he tightened the plug hole in the bath and told me that was it basically its normal and my leaking shower head is normal all showers leak letting the excess water out (shower leaks all day everyday like someone is in it using it) absolutely disgusted with this company and how they can treat people like this and allow us to live in conditions like this as well. Place needs shutting down for the foreseeable!... Read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE had to give a * to wright review for this letting agency but i would minus them 5* if possible they are a complete joke no repairs done in the 7 months of being in one of there properties and when work men have come out they have not got a clue what they are doing and can not communicate due to very very poor english the property is in complete disrepair with damp walls falling down due to this and also refuse to give gas and electric safety certificates the company needs closing down and i am taking the legal route with these as they are a very BAD letting agency please please take note in these reviews and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM... They fixed the property next door and in the process they destroyed my property fence they refused to replace it and I told them to call me for anyone comes to do any work on my property 3 times they came round. 1st time they put the gate back on and left the fence without the wood being treated then 2nd time round they painted it orange then the 3rd time they painted it black all this I told them to call me but once again no one called and they still not fixed the gate if I could give them a lower rating I would... My sister has been living with them for past 2 years and every time she has experienced any kind of problem, the staff has been courteous to resolve the issue as soon as possible. They have responsible staff who try their best to resolve the problem. Last winter was terrible for all of us and they made sure that our complaint was heard regarding all the boiler and heating issues and was resolved in a given time span even if it was late at night. Absolute joke ALL COWBOYS! the man who come to do repairs was rude and didn't speak English he come to fix the boiler witch he did pressure went up and I got my heating and water on for 1 hour he left I got in a shower came down and my kitchen was flooded with water from the radiators. I rang up complaining I told the lady I was fuming and I have a 3 year old child. She laughed at me and told me someone would be out that day. 3 days later still noone came. Lucky my dad would help me fix it! I've had accommodation links out 5-6 times now since April and they stress me out come to fix and problem but create more.... Read more
