We contacted Edward to prepare the drawings and deal with the planning aspects of our single storey extension lean-to on our end of terrace property. He advised on our options, worked with us to agree the design and then prepared the necessary drawings for us to approve. These were then submitted and planning was granted. My project was quite an extensive domestic home extension and refurbishment. The emphasis was on the design of a more modern Cotswold home. Edward was very collaborative and great to work with. From his first concepts, right the way through planning application, technical designs and build. Edward , managed to guide us through a very difficult planning application , even attending a council planning hearing , and speaking on our behalf which resulted in our application being awarded to our specifications . We found his guidance, knowledge , ideas and professionalism , very helpful , especially having a bad experience with building works previously .
