I booked a viewing with this agent for a property near me, a suggested time was given that suited the seller so I accommodated - I turned up at the property at the time I had agreed to via email and upon phoning BP&R was told that they had not confirmed the viewing with the seller. Wasted my time completely and put a good buyer off - Make sure if using this agent you confirm twice to ensure no similar slip ups made.... Read more

I had a relatively minor issue which I was concerned about. I stumbled upon Beveridge, Phil and Ross. They (Aileen) responded very promptly, gave me an appointment the following day and in all respects were marvellous. They were assertive and professional, they understood my problem immediately, they were very flexible and informative. An issue which I expected to become a 'big deal' was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It really set my mind at ease and I'm so pleased that I found them and turned to them when I did. This firm are shockingly poor. Their response to my Mum's solicitor regarding two issues with a recent house purchase Mum made are nothing short of disgusting. Rest assured, once Covid is over, we'll be taking this further. Also, the home report on the house she purchased has numerous inaccuracies. Whole episode nothing short of disgraceful.... Read more
