Awful estate agents. They don't know how to use email making them slow at everything. Director not even capable of checking a lease properly... AVOID AT ALL COST. We experienced a lot of racial discrimination on our move to Ascot, particularly in the estate Cheniston Court where the manager Jeff was verbally abusive on our first day into our new home, he came out of his dwelling shouting and complained that our dog was there even though Beverly confirmed our dog was allowed allowed to stay with us. Jeff complained that no dogs are allowed on the estate, we then later found out a lot of people on the estate had dogs and cats and one of them being our neighbour. Our dog was sick and elderly which Jeff was aware of, his response was for us to get rid of him in 7 days. TRULY DISGUSTING to hear something so cruel! Both abusive to us and animals. To top this off, We were charged a cleaning fee before we left even though we spent a whole day cleaning the property.

Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Our house sale was handled expertly throughout the process and we were kept informed about viewings and progress of offers. Beverley and Richard also gave us details of recommended solicitors and removal companies which also helped enormously. Recommended estate agency.
