NO stars! WORST company I’ve ever dealt with! Dishonest, unprofessional, time wasters, rude and fools. I was the first to move in and after a weekend away I found two extra ppl living in the neighbouring room which was only for 1 person not a couple. Keep in mind we were 6 people with no common spaces and 1 bathroom! They just want to make money and careless of living conditions! NO FIRE ALARM installed after a small fire caused by the new irresponsible and ridiculous noisy couple (also no care of ppl selection)! Apartment unlocked for 2 days! NO MAINTENANCE of apartment door! NO CLEANING SERVICE provided when it was promised and payed for! I managed to move out ASAP and get my deposits back after countless of horrible threats, including changing door locks if I went to the police! Save yourself some time by not signing any contract with this so called agency. Report them and fight for your rights! ********————————————******* Ps. A quick reply to your comment: it is a shame I cannot reply back to your comment to continue this thread to show people how unprofessional you are. Looking at these comments, seems like all the people who left negative ones “doesn’t seem to be on your system....” . And the rare positive one wasn’t worthy of a reply (a potential celebration?)... this is the internet, don’t make fools of yourself more than what you already have.... close your business and find a better hobby to waste your time with. I totally don't recommend this agency!!!!!! They totally avoid to deal with the issue. I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit and the room are overpriced and low cost. The personal is really rude and unprofessional STAY AWAYYYYY!!!... Read more
