After having some sorry experiences renting my flat with another estate agents in the past Blakestanley were a breath of fresh air from the very first meeting with Tim. He explained with honesty the market conditions and all my responsibilities as a landlord. His team were efficient and professional in finding me lovely tenants and I'd have no hesitation in using or recommending them again.
It was going so well for a couple years.
Now our property management agent is shirking us off with emails which include hollow assurances and smiley faces (-which I usually enjoy, but not in response to serious complaints about rats and broken toilets..) and asking us as tenants to supply information on neighbouring flats that they should hold as a professional duty.
I am happy to change my review @blakestanley in the event of some action - until recently we have been satisfied. These glossy-faced empty emails we get in response to complaints which lead nowhere have led me here and you to a 1-star review. What is your job?
Excellent Service. From the beginning, Emma and Terrance handled the sale of our flat with professionalism. Terrance helped us with services not normally provided by a real estate agent that made the sale go smoothly. The communication and rapid responses to our questions were without equal. You cannot find better agents!
We were moving to London from abroad and needed help finding a place since we would not Be able to view it in person. After trying to find something on our own we turned to Foxtons and luckily got paired with Adele. She was super helpful and sent us walk through videos of the places we liked. Can’t recommend enough.
I've been letting with Foxtons Hackney since over 2 years. There's not been a single operation that they haven't managed to mess up. Overcharging for changes in tenancies, miss tracking our rental payments (always paid out regularly), mis-communicating to us and our landlord, and even breaching GDPR laws, sending out sensitive informations to former tenants of the property. 100% worst letting agency in London. Stay away!
Excellent service. Good follow up. Got a tenant at a rent which was satisfactory during a difficult time
Reviewed as a tenant for one of the properties they are renting out in West London, tenancy period 2 years. In general responsive yet high turnover of staff, which means that sometimes emails remain unanswered as people have already left the company without notice to the tenant, - we had to wait weeks to get a broken down washing machine fixed, and had to push for it constantly. They charge high fees for inventory check-out and more than a month's of rent as deposit. We spent 42k GBP in rent plus 300 GBP on their recommended provider of a comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning service and they still screw us for a paltry 300 GBP in alleged damage to the property, which was either fair wear and tear or already existent when we moved in - which we recorded via email with attached pictures at the move in date - yet to no avail, case now going through the dispute resolution process. A dishonest, far too busy and superficial company - strongly discourage anyone from using them.
A great experience overall! Dominic was very helpful, kind, direct and quick with everything. Compared to other estate agents KFH must be one of the best. Definitely recommend them.
Tom conducted a professional and efficient viewing at property which satisfied my search criteria including style, location and amenities. Tom had a good understanding of the history and details of the property and was able to explain me the landlord needs as well. In the future I would not hesitate in contacting Tom as he clearly understood what i was looking for.
Dexters are the largest independent estate agent in London with over 60 offices including superb Accounts, Pre-tenancy, Corporate Services and Property Management departments. We are open from 8.15am until 7pm and delighted to offer free professional advice on both Sales & Lettings in the Hackney and surrounding areas.
I am enjoying their unsolicited post ever since my house was put on the market through a different estate agent.
I especially enjoyed queuing up for twenty minutes in the post office to pick up a letter that had postage due on it. This turned out to be another one of Dexter's unsolicited letters that they had failed to put any postage on.
