I just talked to a colleague who thought that I was rude during the conversation, etc. Please inform your colleagues if this property is already rented, then we will save time on both sides. Hang-up call by your co-worker is very childish and don't give me the favour to talk to me at all.

For right or for wrong, completing on my first home in London took about 10 months from start to finish. Very frustrating is the only publicly acceptable way to describe the ordeal.
However, whilst the lawyers saw barriers, Big Moves' agent, Aaron, saw hurdles! He consistently delivered information to me that my lawyers couldn't get, or he delivered this information (in some case) days ahead of my lawyer. At this point you are probably doubting my lawyer's ability, but blame here can only be down to a terribly unfortunate chain.
Anyway, over the course of the 10 months, Aaron and I emailed, texted and spoke on the phone regularly. He always appreciated my concerns, he always called me back and he always acted in a very professional manner - acting in the best interest for both my seller and I.
I am really happy in my new home, so thanks Aaron for helping make this happen!

Aaron helped me with my house search from organising a mortgage appointment via videochat to doing viewings for lots of apartments. I've moved in now and Aaron has even helped with sorting my solicitor and sellers solicitor as they were not being helpful. Thank you

These guys were the sellers of a house I’ve just bought and Aaron was an absolute gem, chasing down every party (even the brokers of my buyer) to ensure the chain didn’t break.

If I ever sell my house I’m using these guys (well, Aaron!). He’s changed my view on estate agents!
