I bought my property through BigMove and had a great experience. Aaron was always very responsive and helpful with arranging 2nd (and 3rd!) viewings, And even after completion he was just as responsive!
During the bidding processes I was receiving constant communication and was getting information in real time, this was a way better experience compared to other agencies that I went through in my processes to buy.
Overall great experience, and when I eventually sell the place BigMove is the first place I go to!

We are so grateful to Aaron at Big Move... we had nothing short of a nightmare and were under immense pressure due to our onwards property timescales when we decided to relist our flat with Big Move. The property was re-marketed beautifully and we accepted an offer from the open day! Throughout the process (which was strenous to say the least, however no fault of Big Move) Aaron was by our side, always responsive, supportive, informative, helpful, so friendly and reassuring when we needed it most. The expert advice he offered was priceless and I don't think we would have been so successful without him. Thank you Aaron, you are fantastic! Couldn't recommend Big Move more.

Aaron is intelligent, articulate and clear sighted with great local knowledge of the property market. The flat we bought was under probate and in need of a complete overhaul so was potentially full of pitfalls. We needed an estate agent we could trust and Aaron didn’t disappoint. He returned all calls and queries promptly, and accompanied the numerous visits from surveyors and architects, always handling our occasional wobbles along the way with calm. Using a very successful open day, Aaron managed to secure 8 offers on that one day and the flat sold over the guide price set after going through a “full and final offer” process.
It felt good to use a small, local independent agent and Aaron was extraordinarily good at communicating clearly throughout the process.

Aaron is FANTASTIC – you will regret not coming to Bigmove
We sold our flat in Clapton with the help of Aaron. I approached 7 agents in the local area when we first thought of selling our flat. Aaron came across genuine, knowledgeable and with a clear strategy how he would market the flat to maximise the chances of selling at the highest possible value.
With Aaron, you will receive a custom service as he will be with you throughout the process, from directing the photoshoot, helping you draft the sales description, open day, follow up visits, negotiations and giving advice on which offer should be accepted to minimise the risk of a withdrawal down the line. It does not end here. After you accept the offer, Aaron will navigate the delicate process of legals and try to satisfy the buyer, their solicitor and bank with any questions they may have to ultimately achieve exchange of contract and completion of sale. You will not get this personalised service with any other estate agent, especially with the larger agencies where different people show the property and they do not build a relationship with the buyer in order to read the situation if they have any concerns about your property.
My flat was especially difficult to sell due to the lack of EWS1 on the building. An impossible task that many agents refused to take on my flat. Aaron, with his team of brokers and legals supporting him, has helped me achieve the impossible.
I am ever grateful for Aaron’s advice on my onward purchase as well. He has given me his expert opinion on the house I was negotiating and how best to approach the selling agent. I am therefore indebted to Aaron for his support on all fronts. I will greatly miss working with Aaron: he is sharp, thinks quickly and very responsive to my messages.
I strongly recommend anyone currently in the process of selling their property to approach Aaron. It’s the best decision I have made.

I have recently sold my flat using BigMove's and in particular Aaron Liley's services and had a great experience. Firstly, Aaron was honest with me about limitations we'd have in selling my flat due to the lack of an ESW1 form - something other estate agents weren't - so that's why I chose him.
We immediately saw interest and all viewings seemed to be people that had a genuine interest in the property so offers came in quickly.
Soon the situation improved regarding the cladding and a window opened to sell my property. However, we still didn't have an ESW1 form, so there were a lot of hoops to jump through. Fortunately we managed to get there and sell the property with plenty of time... despite the delays due to cladding. This was the first flat in my block to sell in 3 years due to the lack of ESW1, so was quite an achievement!
Aaron's communication was frequent throughout and he was helpful with any additional requests I had. The solicitors they work with were also fantastic!
This experience of selling was made very easy by BigMove, so i'd strongly recommend them!
