We called to arrange a viewing on a house recently. The lady that answered the telephone was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband called and enquired about viewing a property. Once they’d worked out the correct property her responses were very odd... she said she would contact us back. 8 days later no response we went into the actual estate agent as we happened to be passing. We went in with our extremely polite 7 year old and our 3 year old who was sat in his pushchair. I stood with the children near to the front door whilst my husband enquired why we hadn’t had a return call. Another member of staff came near to where I was stood and commented that my toddler was holding a very noisy toy. Couldn’t quite believe it!!! No hello, no apology and then a ridiculous remark .... will not be using this estate agent or recommending it. What an awful, unprofessional agent! Certainly NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!!!
