Never respond to emails and very rarely get through on the phone. If you are lucky enough to, the staff are rude and unhelpful. Then again it's expected from a company only open 4 hours per day. Will take my business elsewhere.

Negligent letting agents. Avoid! Amusing that they're denying any knowledge of me when I signed an agreement with them for a property in 2016. Not only can they not use the dps scheme correctly or renovate a property to a liveable standard before letting it out, but they apparently don't adhere to the Data protection act going by their response! Thankfully the property was transferred to responsible agents, but I would never even look in their window, let alone consider renting a property from them again....

I have used Black and White Estate Agents for over 15 years to let my rental property. They have always been friendly, extremely helpful and found me a tenant quickly. The service is excellent and hassle free and even when things don’t quite go to plan they sort issues out immediately and with no fuss. I would strongly recommend them to any landlord looking for a letting agent.
