Fantastic Estate Agent, with fantastic staff. We worked with Ellie Eccleston who was hardworking, professional and really diligent and thorough with our sale. Our sale was not easy, due to extenuating circumstances but Ellie worked really hard to make sure that everything was completed as smoothly as possible. We could not have done this without her! Great agent. We needed a quick sale of an old property that neede lots if work.
They advised the auction rate at a lower than market value which suited the family.
The auction company were firm but fare with the acheivable price. Even though we could have waited for a first time buyer, the early sale has saved us from having to take out a loan for mums care.
Mum is happy in her care home and now safe. Once it completes on the 9th Feb 2024.

I had a great experience buying with Black + Blanc. I was dealing with Ellie mostly and she was super friendly and helpful. I was dreading a pushy estate agent but everyone I spoke to was accommodating and patient. The hamper upon completion was a lovely touch too. I would definitely recommend their services!

Very happy to have found these guys. The pictures they took were very professional. I was dealing with both Ellie and Amelia, both girls were extremely friendly, bubbly and helpful. After a few ups and downs they continued to plug away and I eventually sold at full asking price. Definitely recommend these guys 5 ???? service ????????????????

Our journey from putting our house on the market and finding one we wanted to call our own after 27 years was long and arduous . We used Black & Blanc West Wickham on a recommendation , and would be more than happy to pass that recommendation on . The stand out qualities for me were that they cared , showed perseverance when times got tough , were endlessly cheerful and positive , and used teamwork really well so I never had to repeat myself if my agent wasn’t there .
