It is not a stretch to say that Black Brick's Vacant Care and Property Management services, headed up by Sophie Amasha, allow us to sleep at night. The team's weekly visits to our London pied a terre, along with their detailed checklist of all systems in the flat, assure that all is well while we are at our primary residence many thousands of miles away. If issues arise, (leaks, wayward smoke alarms, etc.), Sophie hires experienced professionals to address them promptly and provides secure access to the apartment as well as excellent communication and follow-up. It would not be possible for us to own a second home in London without the experience, competence and professionalism of Black Brick's Vacant Care and Property Management service.
