We took a couple to see a property a few weeks ago, they filled out the application like you asked and even got a guarantor when the landlord asked them. Black Horse guaranteed they would be in the property by the end of December and now the landlord is demanding 6 months rent in advance? I am so sick of landlords taking advantage of desperate people trying to find a home. These scams need to stop! The company said they would drop him as a landlord but advertised the property days later.... Read more

The BlackHorse helped our friends to managed 116 and 607 Sunbridge Halls in 2020. But my friends have never received the rental. They often wrote to the staff Faisal, but no reply. It looks that this company is good at cheating.... Read more

Black Horse Property have left a dirty mattress, along with several bags of stained bed linen, in a communal kitchen for several weeks now. Looking at the stains, it appears to me that these were caused either by blood or excrement. I have repeatedly pointed this out to them, and I just get fobbed off with "we will get it removed tomorrow", but it still sits there. As you can see, when I have messaged Faisal Akhtar Aslam, who is the company director, he has not even had the manners to reply, apart from to tell me to call the office, because he is on annual leave for a month. I have attempted to call the office, but I still get nowhere. Faisal's lack of reply betrays a total disregard for the safety of his tenants; this is all the more shocking as he is the company director. Bradford City Council's Housing Standards have been invited to the property by one of their tenants, and Housing Standards explained to me that they are extremely concerned by the health implications (especially currently) of storing a mattress and linen stained with bodily fluids in the kitchen for such a long period of time. Housing Standards were originally called as the tenant's toilet didn't flush, and Black Horse had allegedly refused to repair it. Clearly, Black Horse Property do not take the safety of their tenants seriously. If this review is still up, it's because they STILL haven't collect it. On an unrelated note, Black Horse Property were expelled by The Property Ombudsman. I would avoid using them as a letting agent.... Read more

One of the worst Property Management service I have ever received in my life for client & Landlord. Avoid. The company sells slum properties for dodgy landlords and ignores calls from tenants. I won’t recommend it to anyone unfortunately :((( Would give 0 stars if I could. Total scam... Read more

DO NOT USE!!!!!! very unprofessional! We waited to view a property and the agent didn't turn up. We arrived early and waited longer than we should have. No phone call or email to explain. They have now lost pur custom. I had to give it 1 star but it would be 0 stars from us.... Read more
