I had to deal with Black Katz after being forced from my 1400 square foot apartment in Muswell Hill by Kinley Folkhard and Haywood. The atmosphere was agressive, offhand and pushy. I found them impossible to deal with on any real level because they were always pushing hard their own agenda and seemed to be insensitive and uncaring, not that I expected a Social Worker or anything, they just didn't instill any trust so I turned down the flat they offered me and moved out of London forever never to return.... I am writing this review based on the good service provided by Black Katz. We have been with this agency for 3 years now and they never stopped impressing us with their professionalism and help. William and Paul helped us a lot with our inquires and questions regarding the property that we rented and we appreciated a lot their patience and professionalism. You guys from the Crouch End branch are amazing. William showed me only very nice flats, in fact Black Katz were the only real estate agency that did not show me mouldy flats. I so remember when Paul said, "Wouldn't you enjoy your espresso on these Juliet balconies?" I do! Black Katz were a pleasure to deal with from the start when Johnny from the Crouch End branch called me to ask our requirements for a home. Over the next month Johnny showed us multiple properties before they had even been listed on the website, allowing us to have first viewings. London letting agencies have a somewhat dubious reputation - however I could not have been more wrong - and would just like to say a huge thank you to Lorraine at the Crouch End branch. Extremely helpful and efficient and managed to arrange a number of viewings on the same day. Paperwork and associated detail was all handled swiftly and impeccably.
