I have found out more than once that they add adv about flats with good price/nice pictures, so you call them, but then... "sorry, the flat is already gone". it's weird, that then after a couple of day, they add the same adv for the same house, with the same price, the same pictures. (wasn't it gone?!) Everytime I call them for a flat "just added" it seems to be already gone! They add adv only to make you call and take your data and show you other houses, of course more expensive. Terrible!... So incompetent. I had to argue with them to get a second viewing. Since moving in it's been nothing but hassle - they gave me the wrong contact details for the landlord and now I'm moving out after a year. They still didn't fix a lot of what was wrong with the flat (problems with the bathroom, broken kitchen appliances which I had to replace myself, and lots more).... Read more

The staffs were inefficient, rude and shouted at me through the phone. They told me that they were going to give a call back but nothing whatsoever for the whole day! Poor administration.... Read more

Useless. Error on contract needed amending. Sent new contract back. They never got it. New contract sent. Away for weekend. Get a call on Monday nagging as landlord is on their case apparently. Not surprised, these guys are jokers. No break clauses, highly unusual. Poor admin. Try to appear matey but just desperate. Avoid.... Read more
