We've just bought our brand new house and despite of everyone telling us that all estate agents are pushy and not interested in helping, out, our experience with Rob has been just the opposite. He went beyond his responsibilities helping us with things that he shouldn't have helped. An example was when we asked him to visit again the property to measure some spaces in order to get our white goods on the same day that when were moving, and he did it when he was on vacation. Even after the operation was closed we asked him for help with the previous owner to sort out some things and he did, an example was asking him for help with the boiler. Thanks a lot Rob....
