I have been looking for a property to rent for months and at the beginning of this process I met Michelle. Avoid working this agent. Were completely irresponsive and non-cooperative when trying to secure a property with them. The landlord had accepted my offer, hence the holding deposit was transferred. After several emails asking for confirmation of the agreement for the let, and no response, I was told the following day that I will not be getting the property after all, due to an apparent change of heart the landlord had. Now the question I ask myself is whether the landlord too was put of by the incompetence of this establishment, whether it is made up and the property was let to a higher value, or maybe it is true!?
