Our home was thrown up quickly to a very low standard. Uneven walls, window sills that a ball would roll off, faulty plumbing, fencing that didn't cover the length of the garden, unplasted patches of wall, windows that leaked so much air a small breath of wind would move the curtains, boundary issues which caused issues with neighbours to name just some of the issues. The site management and sales team were sub standard, leaving myself having to go to their higher management to sort the problems. I haven't found any other resident yet that is happy with Bloor. However, once all the issues are fixed it will be a decent home. Bloor throw up the houses with sub standard tradesmen and expect the Bloor team to fix all the issues on the 6 and 18 month list, leaving you having to take many days off work waiting for tradesmen to fix the original bodges. Nearly a year later and the house is nearly to the standard you would expect on move in. Wouldn't recommend.... Read more

Went to visit a friend here and there are some lovely houses built. She has a new 4 bedroom one and it's super. Lovely big kitchen and garage. Plenty of space for storage and 4 nice sized bedrooms. It's making me want to sell my house and move here... Read more
