Unprofessional, non-responsive, they simply don't care about clients.
I had the 'chance' to interact with BMA after a change in ownership of the property I was renting. Fortunately I moved out of the property immediately afterwards. The team is extremely unprofessional and non-responsive.
My emails were seldom responded to and I had to chase them with a lot of phone calls to sort out some property issues. After moving out, it took 2 months to sort out the deposit return, because the deposit transfer from the previous landlord was not sorted in time.
After all this, they never apologised for anything and did not even have the courtesy to update me on the progress of the deposit return.... Read more
