I had contacted 2 other companies as well as BnR to carry out a small repair on my property. 2 days later BnR had arranged and completed the job, the other 2 (larger) companies have still not responded! I would highly recommend BnR, price was excellent and customer communication was top notch, staff were friendly and polite. Great all round.... Read more

I would like to say how happy I am with the work I had done last week to my gate after the awful winds over the last two weekends. I thought my gate was completely had it and would need a new one costing me money I didn’t have. After contacting BNR maintenance they gave me a quote and I only needed repair work to the old gate. The work was done in quick time and to an excellent repair. Making my home secure again which I was worried about. I definitely recommend BNR to anyone who needs work doing to their property. This company came to my rescue when I had been left without bathroom facilities for 3 weeks by another builder. Everything was sorted within a few days, very pleasant and knowledgable plumber. Am now booked in to get the rest of jobs that need finishing in my home. Very quick to respond to messages , and been a a far more pleasnt experience then I have previously have. After visiting a property this company looks after to repair a cooker, I ordered the part to go back and fit it, which was pre arranged for someone to be in, there was no one in at the property and Claire informed me on the day of the pre booked appointment that there would be no one there until 11 a.m. ! I have other service calls booked in and cannot hang around for an hour waiting for them. I had no apology from Claire at the office, just a threat of a bad google review ! I certainly won't be recommending this company.... Read more
