i received appalling service. My legal representative fell seriously short of what is expected in accordance with law society guidelines. The sale of my property failed on the very day of completion due to incompetence on the part of my legal representative. I incurred estate agents fees for the aborted sale in December which i am still trying to reclaim. I would not recommend this firm to anybody.... Read more

Manisha dealt with the conveyancing for me when we purchased our current home 6 months ago and because we were very happy with the courteuos & expedient service provided not only by Manisha but the other staff as well, I have appointed her again now to deal with the sale of my other property. Not recommending at all!!! Cheap and very poor service. These guys caused me lots of headache. Wasn't informing me what's happening during the conveyance so I had to ring every day but unfortunately it was very hard to speak to the director who was in meetings all the time or not in the office. Finally we've done the exchange and then completed but we did not receive any documents. I had to call them few times to ask for the pack including plans, searches, mortgage offer/contract, land registration etc and thankfully got it 6 months after the completion. Sorry Manisha I am a honest person and don't want others to have the same experience. You need to improve your services and try to communicate more with your customers.... Read more

BDLS handled the sale of my deceased mothers property and there we no issues at all. The staff were all very friendly and very efficient. We were given an excellent service all round and encountered no problems. The sale was subject to probate which was also handled by BDLS and again with an excellent service.
