Super pleased with Elliott (and Jess) at BOP Okehampton although despite his best efforts it sadly did not result in a purchase.. Elliott hosted our viewing, assisted by Jess, and was so helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered and more importantly he made sure that we had adequate time to view and did not rush us around as so often happens. We loved the property we visited and came very close to the base price but the vendors were determined to hold out for more which of course is their prerogative.

Valued my house at 10% less than
2 other local agencies, and actually questioned what my Samsung Frame TV was: “is that a hologram or something?” Didn’t compare to appropriate properties in terms of location or size of property. Would not trust to sell my property.

Trying to think of the words to express how thankful I am for BOP is showing to be very difficult! I will never be able to thank them enough especially as I am someone who suffers with anxiety, not once did I feel anxious speaking with any of the team!
From speaking with Elliot when he came to value the property, Adam when he took the photos, Jess showing us all the properties to make sure we found the perfect home for out little family and Elle guiding us through our sale, making sure we was making all the right decisions for our family and even after the sale continuing to support us through our purchase of our new home even though it wasn't through Bond Ox themselves!
We were never made to feel a burden when asking multiple questions a day and overall we are just truly grateful and know exactly where to go if we decide to sell again!
