They've been really behind every curve (and edge) and performing their role in facilitating and maintaining difficult relationships behind the scenes perfectly. 5 stars! Bonnets have managed the flat I have lived in for the last three years and have always done everything they can and more to help with any issues or queries I've had. When it came to moving out, they did everything possible to be clear and informative with what we need to do and what was expected of us. This made the moving out process far less stressful than it could have been. Having heard/witnessed some serious horror stories when dealing with most other letting agents in Brighton, I feel so lucky to have had Bonnets as my agent while I lived here. Thank you ????... I have been with Bonnetts for four years and after an extremely rocky road with various other Brighton Letting Agencies, they have been a breath of fresh air. Kerri and Abigail in particular are so helpful, clear and prompt when it comes to responding. I have just found out that I have got my entire deposit back (any renters in Brighton will know how unusual this is) after it was inspected by an independent company, and Bonnetts were super helpful when it came to our questions about wear and tear and expected standards. I can't recommend them enough and am absolutely gutted that my next let won't be managed by them!... Read more
