I called about renting a commercial property spoke to someone called Andrew was told by him he would get back to me about a price from the landlord to see what he would be willing to except as rent he never did get back to me I phoned everyday for over two weeks and spoke with barbara she said that she had told Andrew about my calls on numerous occasions then today I was told a offer had been put in by someone els so basically ignored myself and just taken offer from someone els couldn't even have the decency to let me know I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional they can't even pick a phone up to let me know

Rentings been an absolute joke with them. Might be the owner too. Although we've been good tenants decorating and looking after the property. We've been without a boiler for 12 days during winter. Basic repair requests are not met. I feel a council property would be far better serviced. Disgusted with it all.

And now after the final straw of an unfixed large toilet leak.....meaning squidgy water logged flooding through the entire dining room we've left. Relieved! However now they want our whole deposit for repairs. Repairs they never completed!!!!!! Absolute daylight robbery disgusting

After some discussion it was decided that Botham's as a very long standing, and well established business in Chesterfield, they would be our preferred choice to use as the selling agents for our home in Chesterfield.
From start to finish everything was handled in a professional manner, and throughout the whole process we were kept well informed.
Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.
