The team at George James excelled themselves in what became a somewhat complicated and lengthy move. They were professional, helpful, always responsive to frantic emails from me, patient and great at communicating to all those in the chain. On the day of completion when the wrong funds had been sent, causing a significant delay, they were reassuring and got straight on the phone to the solicitor. Tracey took it upon herself to hand deliver the key along with a bottle of prosecco and a moving in card. Thanks also to Russell, Spencer and George who are probably very relieved that I'm not calling and emailing them! I bought a property through George James 18 months ago. Their service was excellent, very thorough and genuine. They chased my side of the chain as the service I received was extremely poor. They also chased my solicitors who provided an extremely bad service, and they had a lot of past experience with them. All of the staff and owners made a very stressful situation more bearable.
