They don't answer calls, they don't response to emails or messages. I have tried multiple times. Maybe its the name that puts them off.

This company, and indeed Mr Steven Murray, were introduced to me by my solicitor, who had had previous dealings with them.
They came highly recommended, with an excellent reputation, and have certainly lived up to expectations.
I have used their services on several occasions of late and cannot recommended them enough.

Utterly ridiculous and disgraceful, what happened to customer service and satisfaction, after trying to get information on a to let property, I was rudely told to look up the details online and I was cut off by the lady yesterday morning. Please just save yourself and don’t use this company, they have no customer service manners or care in your requirements or requests.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
I found a property on Zoopla, and called up to see simply enquire
as to the availability of an office they were marketing. I spoke to a rude bloke who ended by telling me I was wasting his time! Enjoy your experience if you dare!
