Property had a lot of maintenance issues and the agency was very slow to respond. At the end of tenancy landlord / agency tried to keep a significant portion of the Tenancy Deposit based on alleged issues. After involving the Dispute Service adjudicator decision was to return me almost all deposit. In this process the agency failed to acknowledge that some of the claims of the landlord were totally baseless and forced using the Dispute Service while the matter could have been easily closed with an amicable transaction...
