(*Wish I had read other reviews on this agent before wasting time on this viewing! ) Extremely disappointed by this 'Agent's conduct in a rental viewing Sat18th May 2024 - 1c Lyric Drive. The pictures of the house show it in good tidy condition - in reality its a complete mess - the carpets all need replacing, garden is a mess, various damage to the front door, kitchen cupboards, marks on the walls. I was given a 9:30am appointment which i believe was for just me - NO! - 7 other potential tenant groups arrived to 'group view' and i was informed we would all be blind cc'd into an email to submit offers by Monday Lunch (including what works we would request as part of the offer). This has been a complete waste of time - the Landlord has not even bothered to tidy up the property after tenants-exited. It smells damp in there and has been a complete waste of time coming to view.... Read more

I was originally on the market with another estate agent for 4 or 5 months with no very few viewings and no offers. Bradley had been knocking on my door for the past 2 months so his persistence paid off and I gave him a chance to sell my home and he didn't disappoint. He found a buyer after less than 2 weeks! Only giving them 1 star because it won't let me put 0 stars. Absolutely shocking excuse of an estate agent. Couldn't organise a viewing to save their lives. Will say that they will show you 2 properties and after the 1st one make you go to the other property and wait for them and not turn up. No phone calls, no apologies, nothing. No follow up later either. Might as well shut down, clearly not selling anything.... Read more
