I've worked with Venn for a number of years on web and content projects and they have always delivered when I've engaged with them.  They listen to feedback and are agile enough to respond to client demands.

They don't just accept all work as well, if they think they are not right for a business then they'll say so which is a refreshing honesty. Certainly one I appreciate in my current role as a consultant.

Venn have managed our search marketing and web development for the past 2 years, and i have been delighted with the service i have had from them. Venn Digital were both unhelpful as well unprofessional. I'm also truly astounded to see that most of their reviews are by employees. The MD is truly a charlatan and his Twitter account is truly clownish. He offers opinions on many matters he clearly knows nothing about, especially digital marketing.

Venn are a company that are constantly on the forefront of changing businesses digital strategy for the better.

We used Brian at the Venn team to create our new webpage. Emily our project manager is a credit to the team, she kept the build and time scales all to the original agreed program. We have been so impressed with the web build that we have now given them responsibility for all our branding and social media management.

This is the worst agency I've ever dealt with. From the snake oil "MD" to the bunch of young inexperienced "experts" who manage the relationship.

Venn built our company a new website which was delivered on time and to a great standard - we now have one of the best website in our industry and have received numerous compliments about it.

This could only be achieved by working with a company who are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about web design, and Venn have also helped us to hone many other aspects of our online marketing. Venn were always available to deal with any inquiries and kept us informed on any updates to our project.

After building 2 company websites for me, I was so impressed I decided to do work for them.  Always go above and beyond and create beautiful sites which match commercial realities.

The way this second-rate agency treats their clients is disgraceful.

Shocks me they're still in business. Doubt they built their own website. Probably got a real agency to do that for them. Worst agency in the UK. You've been warned. Avoid like the plague...

I completely agree with Chloe (comment below) plus saw them saying how good they are via their blogs. We used them a couple of years ago at my old company and only had bad experiences. AVOID!!!!

We used this so-called agency a couple years ago. They came to our London office claiming they were based round the corner, pitched to us and promised the world but delivered no return. It's misleading to claim that as an office!

I don't often rant online but after reading their recent blog posts about how great they are my colleagues agreed we have to say something publicly!
