The house buying was really good, moving in was a week or 2 behind schedule, snagging is done via an app, you get 7 days to make your snag list, with over 50 snags and a few months later we’re finally down to the last 3 snags, very very poor aftercare service, everyone passes the jobs on to the next person until it comes back to the first person who then gets the job done.
