I am currently pursuing legal proceedings against this company after (what is likely to be ruled) being unlawfully evicted from the property I was renting in Kenington. Still waiting to be reimbursed my deposits and several months I had paid upfront. This estate agent is clearly taking advantage of non-UK tenants and treats them in the worst manner. The living conditions in the flat were also awful, no hot water nor heating and the estate agent doing nothing about it.
By the way Brixanne Morter is also insolvent, you are likely to never see your deposit again. One advice if you're looking to rent in London: run away from Daniel Mfon.... Read more

I first contacted Anthony, of Brixanne Morter, regarding a 'to let' valuation of my property in Clapham in early November. Anthony was very proactive in his approach to meeting my needs. Due to the fact I was working overseas at the time, Anthony suggested visiting the property at the weekend. Everything from that point went seamlessly & tenants were found within 10 days of Brixanne Morter taking the listing. Timeline: - Contact Brixanne Morter regarding property to let. (Day 1) - Meet Anthony of Brixanne Morter for valuation. Anthony provided a list of items to address prior to taking on tenants. (Day 4) - Property listed on Rightmove & Zoopla. (Day 7) - Anthony asked for access to the flat fto conduct several viewings (Day 10) - Anthony advised three people were looking to take on the 12 month lease. (Day 12) - After vetting of potential tenants income & character background, Anthony advise on who he deemed the best option. (Day 14) - Tenants moved in on agreed date. In addition to the above, Brixanne Morter also provided electricians to conduct a full inspection & issue of EICR & installation of hard-wired smoke & heat detectors (at a cost of which was lower than independent quotes I was receiving). Until now (2 months after tenants moved in) Brixanne Morter have kept me abreast of how the tenant check in went & are always easily contactable by phone. I’ve known Daniel for some time through other capacities yet ironically the firm he works for Brixanne Morter was recommended via someone else – small world. Anyway, Brixanne Morter was extremely efficient in their handling of me as a client and their attention to service is admirable.
