Very rude and unprofessional response.
We enquired about a property, we went straight offering the asking price very keen to purchase. After absolutely no attempt was made to respond to us, we decided to ask for an update from the owner (who's father we know for almost 30 years) we called up the agent again to chase up only to be accused of apparently calling up the owner directly to cut out the agents which wasnt true at all. The lady from Broads was shouting and screaming like mad, calling us names without knowing anything about the situation. I felt so disgusted with that behaviour.
Very rude, very unpleasant people, I don't know who would trust them with their services. Clearly abusing their power. Clearly very arrogant for a very small below average agency that nobody has ever heard of.
I am going to complain to gov.uk as we feel targeted for other reasons.
Please avoid, do not let these people act like they own you.

Awful experience..
I am speechless with how they have handled the whole process. Communication has been poor and every time I had to chase.
Avoid using these guys, only person professional enough is Bernadette who I think is one of the two business owner. As for other business partner ..........!

Service from beginning to end. They would always provide me with regular updates on where we were at, with our Buyers etc...highly recommend. Very helpful staff.

From the start of my selling Broads has been very friendly co-operative and incredibly helpful throughout. They would be in touch constantly to give feedback after every viewing and would engage with potential buyers and sell the features of the house. They managed the entire selling cycle, would give us weekly progress updates and made us understand every step of the process. Overall we had a great experience and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Broads to family and friends. Once again thank you to Bernadette, Caroline, Nick, Eve and the entire team :)
