I recently sold my house through Brown and Merry in Woburn Sands. They have been fantastic from day one and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
They also arranged my mortgage and I used their solicitors which made communication so much easier than i expected it would be. Great work and a huge thank you again to all of the team!

When trying to sell with this awful agency they will not give you real value of your house. They will say until you try you won't know how much your house is worth. Then they fix fee to your asking price. To call you few weeks later and ask you to drop your asking price but not their fee.

After unsuccessfully marketing our house for sale with another estate agent we turned to brown and merry and Linda Burt . What we noticed straight away was the level of professionalism and knowledge and the fact she actually listened to us so we were working from the same page. I can’t recommend brown and merry highly enough. They have brilliant from the moment we got in contact with them. When looking for an estate agent with the expertise and knowledge do not hesitate to contact brown and merry, first class service . Thanks to all the staff there .

Overall the experience was alright while buying a house. Depends on who is working on your file. Initially they were very slow and inefficient but later on Harry was always available for help and was prompt with his replies.
