I’ve been renting a flat with Brownhill Vickers for 10 months now. The price of the rent was reasonable so I thought I'd try one of their flats. I've found all of my interactions with the staff have been professional and polite. Matt is swift to reply and repairs have been undertaken quickly (usually the same day, if convenient for myself). Contract lengths were also great in my experience; it was no problem for me to explain my circumstances and agree a rolling contract after my initial 6 month term. If I was to return to Sheffield in the future, they’d be the first place I’d check for properties because they're easy to communicate with and diligent about their work.
