I would like to express a massive thank you for great professinalism and competence to Sophie and Pauline, who have worked hard and pretty intense in order to fix huge heating and roof issues in my rented accommodation. All works have been done quickly, properly and qualitatively in spite of bad weather conditions . They are completely competent and helpful agents who I can highly recommend to everyone!

Had a meeting initially with Tony to sell my Mothers House, were that impressed that when we decided to buy my mothers house and sell our own we went straight back to Tony. The lady seemed rude and uninterested, and blatantly going against rules that agencies need to abide by, such as putting offers through to the vendor!
And it seems that the business is focused more about the commission they make, rather than the people they serve, if this was the case, a better way to go about it would be to promote your business better, create a welcoming online presence, write better posts, take better photos, overall put more effort into the people you want to be serving.
Times have changed, but rules should be adhered to, complete faith has been lost in this establishment.

I worked with Brown during the purchase of my first property 7 years ago and was impressed with the service then. This led me to use them again for the sale of the property. The service was clearly explained from start to finish. The property was advertised within a couple hours of the photos being taken and checked. Communication was regular and this made the sale extremely smooth. I would definitely recommend them for sales and purchases.

I had been looking for a property for ages when I changed my location needs and found a property I liked the look of. I phoned up and spoke to Andrea who made an appointment for me to view the property later that day. I absolutely loved it and wanted it. The next day I made an offer which was accepted within an hour. Andrea provided such courtesy and professionalism along with brilliant communication and as a result, I completed in just 7 weeks. A really brilliant service and I would definitely use Browns Estate Agency again.

Atrocious Lettings agency. The lettings manager possessed zero professional skills... Zero communication skills and minus zero decency attributes. She absolutely ruined our experience of renting a property. Withheld our deposit for no good reason. Other staff were almost as rude. Do Not rent from them

Andrea and Tony at Brown's of Norton Estate Agents provided a great service from start to finish. We were looking at moving to the Norton area and they both worked very hard on finding our ideal property to match our requirements. Photos and knowledge of property were of a very good quality and we visited on a number of occasions which was no problem to them. Communication was very good and Andrea and Tony were always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend their services.
