Be careful with Browns estate agents. They attempted to charge us after our tenancy unnecessarily. After various communications, they decided to remove this fee. Please always check if it is necessary!

Really terrible, obviously do not care about their tenants and will enter your property with no notice. All of the agents have terrible customer service skills and are frankly very petty and rude.

Thank you very for all of your help over the last two years. We really appreciate all of your prompt responses to our queries and the speed of fixing any maintenance problems.
It has made our time in the house much more enjoyable.

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. Browns epitomise the reason that all Estate agents have a bad name! Where do I even start, rude, dishonest, lazy and totally unprofessional. And just top it all, then tried to break the law by charging me fees which have been illegal since the 2019 Tenant fees Act.
Avoid like the plague!!!

Most amateur estate agents, extremely rude and inefficient; will take forever to do anything. I had to spend a week In my flat in January with no power or hot water. When I arrived in the flat there was no table, curtains or a properly functioning boiler

(Without Prejudice) They were good throughout the tenancy but were a massive pain when it came to returning our deposits at the end of it, they accused us of causing damage we weren't aware of justifying it by false evidence that they weren't prepared to share photos of, they caused a massive amounts of stress that was making it hard for us students to cope.

They take forever/just don't respond to emails. They reply to phone calls but if you ask for something they'll say they'll do it but then they just don't.
