Superb service from Emily, great communication throughout. The washing machine needed repair / replacement, various options offered, in the end it was replacement. A new machine was installed, the old one taken away, absolutely no hassle to me, or the tenant, all done efficiently.
Would recommend both Emily and Buckley Frayne, been using them now for about 6 / 8yrs to manage my apartment.

The support provided by the team has been amazing from the very beginning. All our queries have been handled very professionally and the treatment has been very friendly. Amileigh has been brilliant to work with as has the rest of the team, Emily, Sam and Christian. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Amileigh Bowles was incredibly helpful. It was our first time renting and this has been the easiest process. She took care of everything. When we had questions she answered them and when she didn’t, she reached out to someone who could. We felt supported all throughout this process and we’d love to work with her in the future.

On first impression and viewing of flat up until moving in was all smooth. Once living in the flat, things only got done if we were in touch with the landlord. If you end up being a tenant in one of their properties, make sure to build a relationship with the landlord if possible.
