Following a disastrous experience with another estate agent, whereby my sale fell through at a late stage and I was given poor advice, Tony and his team were a breath of fresh air. They were informative, reassuring and communicative. They sold my property within a few weeks and were even on hand to help me arrange removals over a bank holiday weekend. Burlington (Lettings) were dreadful to deal with. They used 5 year old photos to market, they misled us that house was being fully painted etc. discovered old mice/ rat problem on move in day. They disclosed bank account details of another client. No response to complaints.... Read more
