We came back to Richard after a private buyer let us down and he quickly picked-up where we'd left off prior to the private buyer. Very quickly & efficiently a number of open houses were arranged with considerable interest to the extent that Richard and his team had to facilitate a 'best & final' bidding situation. This ended up lifting the price we achieved above the market price. Very grateful for their professionalism.

As a tenant with two French Bulldogs most agents aren't even willing to help me find a place to live. Debbie and the rest of the team at Burlingtons have only ever been incredibly helpful, polite and genuinely caring...which most definitely cannot be said for the bigger estate agents out there! Before you go to one of the bigger companies I really think you should go to Burlingtons and be treated like an individual rather than just another tenant.
