Great experience with Butfield Breach when they sold my late Fathers house in December last year. Peter, Mollie and the rest of the team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the area which really helped as I am not local to Calne. They made everything straight forward. Thank you all.

Further to this ongoing saga that you don't do floor plans!! How silly.... we want to see the flow and the room sizes, the square footage area, bring back floor plans and whether or not the front door opens into the bathroom or kitchen!!! .
It's a bit like ringing up a car dealer about a car and asking if it is petrol or diesel fuelled and being told to come and look and find out for yourself what it is when you get there, or buying a tin of paint that doesn't show the colour on the label..... well open it and have a look.
These days it is all about customer service, providing as much information as you can. My last house was 911sq ft, but I have no idea at all whether any of the houses you are selling are bigger or smaller that that because you don't do floor plans.....it beggars belief!!
And a customer service email that is the same for each member of staff!
We are going to drive 85 miles each way to see a house for 15 minutes and want see a floor plan before we leave home. You are the only estate agent on the planet that thinks floor plans are a waste of time.

I recently sold my house through Butfield Breach and can’t fault their service. They kept me fully informed throughout, with feedback after every viewing until they procured a sale. They then followed through on the sale and ensured that I was kept up to date with the entire process. As I was living away I was particularly grateful for that aspect.
I would definitely recommend them for an efficient and smooth service.

This is the second time I've used butfield & I can't recommend them enough! It took me close to a year to eventually complete on the sale of my property, I used random agents for 6 monthes and had nothing, I went into see Beth, who was actually expecting a visit from me and within weeks I had offers!
Everyone in the branch is lovely and dispite all the delays in my move they remained a positive and smiling partner throughout.
If you are selling in calne and not using Butfield then you're doing it wrong.

As a buyer I have never received such appalling customer service. They seem to forget they need buyers if they are going to sell properties. They were uncommunicative, didn't follow through on things promised and then incredibly rude when picked up on that. Ended up actively refusing to view properties if it was them selling. If you genuinely want to sell your house, use someone else.
