As a seller.

start with the positive they got us a great price on our house. however when we called to chase, they seemed to have no clue about our chain and on more than one occassion i was parroted a speech about how you sell a house. they rang us with issues that concerned us....until it turned out they were discussing a different chain with us. never responded to emails or gave us any update on the chain. we constantly had to chase them to the point where i thought i might as well be on the payroll. a dissapointing experience to say the least
