I recently signed a tenancy agreement with Carling Jones to let a 2-bed house in Skipton. Mark's service could not have been better. He listened to my situation and understood precisely what kind of place would suit me and found the ideal place. He was very efficient in going from first viewing to signing the agreement and has maintained an excellent service afterwards. I would strongly recommend Carling Jones to anyone looking to rent.

What an amazing brilliant service provided by the whole team with special thanks to Mark who dealt with the sale of my property. Professional, helpful, kind, understanding and polite. So hard working on my behalf, on occasions even receiving emails at 7pm to keep me updated. Always answering the phone and doing everything above and beyond what was asked of them or promised by them. I know and appreciate it wasn’t the easiest of sales but everyone went the extra mile to get it over the line. Can’t thank you enough and will never use anyone else again in the future for a house sale.
If you want a professional personal first class service look no further, you will be promised this service by other estate agents but as I’ve learned you simply won’t get it, Mark and Tom will deliver from the first phone call to completion.

We rented a property through Carling Jones for 3 and a half years.Throughout this period we found them to be consistently helpful and attentive to any problems that arose.
When the contract ended they were more than happy to help us with the deposit recovery.

Not impressed in staffs lack of helpfulness re a propertys i was interested in.
Would not recommend. A nice greeting from them was non existent on arrival to the shop and very unprofessional

From the outset, Mark was really professional, helpful and approachable and he offered some good ideas regards styling the house for photos etc. We especially want to thank Sarah for her friendly enthusiam and positive attitude in some difficult months. She kept us updated after viewings and used her initiative to help generate interest. Thank you for all your help in selling our house!
