Having made the decision to sell our much loved home it was an easy decision to choose the services of Mark Wilson at Carter Jonas. He listened to what our requirements were, only ever sent us houses which fitted our remit, it turned out to be a very long process and Mark was instrumental in making our purchase finally happen even though our new house was for sale with another agent. We went to Carter Jonas when looking for a property, and as the reviews state Mark did an excellent job, not only did he do an excellent job of matching us to a house we really wanted - unlike others who just sent us everything on their books and didn't listen at all to what our requirements were, he made sure under challenging circumstances we managed to purchase it. Due to issues out of carter jones control the chain broke several times and Mark was the estate agent who ensured all were communicated to, chased responses, and ensured that everyone was aware and made to feel secure until the chain completed.... Mark Wilson at Carter Jonas is quite simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He recently helped me sell my property in Old Basing (Hampshire). He was professional, knowledgable about the area and above all happy to go beyond the call of duty in order to make sure the sale went smoothly. The chain broke at one point and he was pivotal to the process of getting things back in order. I cannot recommend Mark and Carter Jonas enough to anyone looking to sell their property.... Read more
