I walked the length of Ashley Road talking to Estate Agents when my daughter needed to sell her flat. Carter Shaw were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. As soon as I spoke to Rob I knew he would get the business and it turned out to be a wise choice. Rob conducted several viewings within the first couple of days and the flat was sold.....SIMPLE! Not so simple because that was the start of 5 months worth of solicitors dragging their heels and asking impossible questions etc. Without Rob's active participation and liaison through the entire process I don't think we we would have made it through to completion. That is the sort of service and support that an online agent couldn't provide. Our thanks go to Rob, George and their great little team at Carter Shaw.

Really great service from George, Rob and team. Used Carter Shaw to sell our house this year and very pleased with them. They talk straight and not in estate agent cliches. Prompt feedback on all viewings and remained attentive after we’d secured a buyer to see the sale through to completion. Fee was competitive too. We used Rob to sell our property and couldn't recommend him and the rest of the Carter Shaw team highly enough. His honest appraisal of our property, enthusiasm & knowledge of the local area stood out above the other agents we had around to our home. Rob made sure the our sale went through as smoothly as possible by liaising with all involved in the chain and we felt nothing was too much trouble for him.
