Buyers be warned ! If you are buying a property being sold by Carters and the property gets sold to you they will still try and get a better price from another buyer. This was confirmed to me nearly 18 months later when my neighbour had explained what they tried to do. We had sold our property and another buyer came along and offered more. Carters accepted it but fortunately for me I spoke with the buyer and they put a stop to it. Disgraceful company and there staff are worse than they are.

Where to start? I moved into a flat I was told had been checked and was safe... not just me but my 5 month old baby too! I had to have the electrics redone in the kitchen as there was an exstention lead hanging out of the wall, which turned out to not be earthed in, and as told by the electrician it was a bodge job and was not safe at all. To then telling carters numerous times by myself, my family and neighbours that the fire alarms didn't work and were not connected to the fire boards, to be told they had been fire safety checked before I moved in. Nearly 2 years later the landlady came to see the exterior and run checks on the fire boards, for her to tell me they were infact not connected or working and no correspondence was made to herself about the issue. let alone the list of around 15-20 issues that were wrong with the flat, were also not issued to her to be sorted. At this point I now how a 2 year old and a new born, yet they left me in an unsafe property and their excuse was they couldn't get hold of the landlady. however I managed to obtain her number and was successful on more than one occasion to get hold of her with no issues. As for the staff... I would not be continuing their contracts if I was their boss. Rude, awful customer service manor and no respect. Being told they will call back and having to contact them numerous times before getting an answer! To be told by them that I was not their concern as I'm not their customer... excuse me? am I not paying them money? am I not in a property let by them? they have a duty of care... but nope, no care was given. It seems that all they are interested in, is receiving money and that is it. would not recommend and will warn anyone I can away from this company!!! Carters you should be ashamed.

Having sold more than a few houses in my lifetime being 74 years of age!Carters in Bedworth were top of the list.Very obliging and can't do enough for you.Mike,Tom and Julie were very honest and down to earth and very professional in what was a tricky sale to get across the finishing line.
wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carters if your thinking of selling your property!I now live in sunny spain enjoying the rewards.Adios amigo All the best Bob..

Huge respect for carters estate agents. Initially I put a For Sale sign in the window thinking I would 'do it myself' but soon realised that I didn't have the patience. I instructed Carters and they managed the viewings, keeping me informed at ever step of the way with text message and emails, and quite soon negotiated a sale for me. Thanks to Mike, Julie, Tom and the team 10/10

They are extremely professional, and so efficient! We moved into our newly bought property, within 12weeks with no hassle. They chased up all our paperwork, and had such a personal touch! Very nice group of staff members and very warm people!
