I am a not-for-profit landlord with a single affordable rent property. I recently had a negative tenant experience which scared the bejesus out of me. I explained this to Jodi and she sent Liam out to assess the property and the situation. Jodi explained what I needed to do and Holbrook’s eventually found me a new tenant. Jodi and Liam are erudite, unflappable, consummate professionals who helped me navigate the labyrinthine rules, requirements and regulations of renting out a property. To any other landlord reading this, if you need an EPC, use their man. If you need an EICR, use their man. They are both the doyens in their respective fields.... Read more
