Some good bits mostly BAD!

Century 21 - Ilford

Awful experience. The team weren't honest and very deceitful and more or less lied about everything. Gursharon Rooprai and Raluca Ciausu are very inexperienced especially when it comes to customer service although it may be to do with a language barrier with Raluca. Dimple Johal and Sita Pithia are both good to work with and reliable but they have left. Please come back to the new office.

Century 21 - Ilford

Avoid at all costs. Just a few examples: - Charging us for carpet cleaning and professional cleaning when we had already paid for a service (and have invoices to prove it). - Charging us for a balcony door that broke due to poor quality; the locksmith confirmed that the issue was not our fault and had had happened to similar flats in our building. There was no mention of a charge when we made the agents aware of the issue but they have decided to add it onto the DPS at the end of our tenancy. They blamed it on 'Misuse and abuse'. Disgraceful.

Century 21 - Ilford

Well I've now had the house with century 21 in Halifax for over a year now and had no interest in the property, so reduced the price by a massive £20,000 to gain some interest in the property. Now I get my first potential buyer who's supposed to come and view the property. Get a text from the estate agent that I've got someone to view my property on Saturday at 1pm. So I rang the office in Halifax to speak to a member of staff on Saturday to find out why the person hasn't turned up its now 2pm and why the estate agent didn't come to show the property as they were given a key and is part of their job. When I rang the office only to get through to a answer machine with a recording of "well you've reached the phone of century 21 our offices are now closed because we've had a major flood leave a message and we'll get back to you". So I left a message to my luck I had no reply from them I live in Halifax my self and I'm 100% sure that we've had no floods in the town centre. When giving them your property you are promised the world but in reality they are liars and incompetent. I will now go into the office and speak to someone in person. At the same time I wanted to let other people know to stay away from century 21 if you want positive results.
