The worst agency I've ever worked it. The staff have no idea what they doing, they contradict each other when you try solve an issue. I moved out from the flat I was renting with them and after 6 months they keep calling me asking if I am happy to keep renting the place. Nice database keeping on their behalf. Avoid at all cost if possible... Read more

I have been renting for 14 years in the UK and century 21 Slough is perhaps the worst estate agent I have come across in my life. I was shown a new one bed flat and it was empty, When asked about furniture i was told that it’s a ‘luxury’ flat and furniture will be very good and similar to the picture they put on the website from the Showhome. But when I got the keys, the furniture was almost ‘cheapest possible’ one can buy and not only that it’s still missing few things. When I complained them about it they say you should speak to landlord. Which is completely unfair as first they told me to move in and furniture will soon be completed. Also, it’s not a maintenance matter but I was told a lie by the agent. I feel cheated. No ethics at all ! Unfair and Unjust !!... Read more

I arrived to England a month ago because i changed my job and when i came to Slough i did a research about the prices of renting flats and the procedures to make it possible, luckily and after to visit differend state agencies i found Century21. From the first moment they were really helpful, the prices were for sure competitive, they solve all my questions and provided me a flat in a record time because i was in a hurry to move in. After entering in the flat they still there for any problem that you can have. For all of this i leave 5 starts and i recommend them... Read more
